Mubasher: Kuwait Reinsurance will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 19 April to consider distributing 8% bonus shares for fiscal year 2016.
The company will distribute 8-for-100 shares to the entitled shareholders, according to a bourse filing issued on Monday.
During FY16, profits shrank by 38.9% to KWD 1.95 million from KWD 3.2 million in FY15.
